This new, custom single-family home in Hermosa Beach, California, features a stainless steel pool on the residence’s third level. Solar panels partially shade it and have three portals that provide views of the water and bring natural light into the home’s second level. Subterranean parking, a four-story elevator, three exterior patios, and a green roof creatively allow indoor/outdoor living on a confined lot.
